In 1999, internationally renowned Street dance Icons Kwikstep and Rokafella

were commissioned to share a bill with French Hip hop dance theater troupe Compagnie

Kafig for a 2-night program. What they came up with sparked a foray into Street dance storytelling

that would span 25 years. Join us for a "retro future" night dedicated to the legacy of Full Circle Souljahs

as a Bronx based dojo that helps aspiring Hip hop dancers to utilize their skills as a way to reflect on the struggle, communicate

the resilience and connect to their deep cultural lineage here in Bronx- the birthplace. Some original cast

members will reprise their roles onstage in the first half and jam with the band in the 2nd half.
